Today is the starting date of both the excavation campaign 2020 at Rocca d’Entella and the online publication of an Entella photo gallery within the SAET site.
The gallery can be found at the address https://saet.sns.it/it/entella-galleria-fotografica/ and also in the project page for Segesta, Entella and Kaulonia (https://saet.sns.it/en/segesta-entella-kaulonia/).
Images were selected among thousands documenting the researches on the site by Scuola Normale, in cooperation with the Archaeological Superintendence of Palermo and now with the Parco Archeologico of Segesta.
The gallery sections show all different areas of the Entella excavation and present the ancient structures unearthed over the years at different research stages.
Also the site has beautiful landscapes, majestic sceneries created by the sorrounding cliffs which make unique this place where history and nature are inseparable.
