On May 26th and 27th, a workshop devoted to the teaching of ancient history in schools and universities will be held in Parma as part of the activities of the “Koinon” research network.
On May 24th and 25th, Prof. Fournet will hold two seminars, respectively at the University of Pisa and the Scuola Normale Superiore, on aspects of the culture in the Late Antique and Byzantine East.
Within the Seminars of Ancient History, on May 22nd at 5 p.m. Rita Lizzi Testa will discuss the Altar of Victory and the Vestal Virgins; on May 23rd at 6 p.m. Henrik Dey will discuss the dismantling of the Forum of Augustus.
On Friday May 5th at 10 a.m. the following seminar will be held by Mirko Canevaro on Timē, cittadinanza e distinzione sociale nell’Atene classica.
