The Laboratory of History, Archaeology, Epigraphy and Traditions from Antiquity (SAET) was founded in 2016 by Andrea Giardina and is currently directed by Anna Magnetto. SAET Meetings 2025-Mnamon Seminars

On October 21st at 10 a.m. the seminar I testi greci arcaici ad Alessandria: ambiguità degli alfabeti, ricerca di coerenza, tentazioni iperdialettali will be held in Sala Azzurra and online by Albio Cesare Cassio.

European Heritage Days – Rocca d’Entella

On September 28 at 5 p.m. a sunset tour will take place at Rocca di Entella, guided by the SAET archaeologists and by the staff of the “Grotta di Entella” Nature Reserve.

Outreach

On Thursday June 26th at 6 p.m., at the Germanic Archaeological Institute in Rome, Gianfranco Adornato will give a public lecture on “Architecture and Worship in the Temple D sanctuary of Akragas, between archaeological evidence and revisions”.
