The Mnamon project was born in 2002 from an idea by Anna Santoni, who followed the development and is a scientific supervisor together with the Director Anna Magnetto.
These exercises are specially intended for those students who are going to take the Greek and Latin test during the examination for admission to the Scuola Normale Superiore, and want to verify their knowledge of the Greek and Roman world.
Access is completely anonymous and free of charge, so these exercises may prove useful for anyone who wants to verify their knowledge in these areas.
The exercises are divided according to different skill areas: translation, language, literature, history, civilisation, and reception of ancient culture. Questions are grouped in blocks: at the end of each block, the user will get a final score, feedback for each question, the right answer, and some relevant information on the topic involved.
