Publishing is a major activity within SAET, and image management, text management/editing, and the composition of books and posters is often handled by internal staff.
SAET publishes primarily current research, but also continues to review work by the former Laboratory of Sciences of Antiquity (LSA) that is as yet unpublished.
Results of research at SAET are contained in the monographs (in series or individual) and the articles in the Annali della Scuola Normale Superiore. Proceedings are published as the final step in the organization of meetings and seminars. Publishing of teaching activities and the dissemination of information from the design of museums and exhibitions occupies another sector, while Lexicons are likewise an independent editorial line derived from the activities of the LSA.
Precisely because the SAET carries forward the long-established scientific and editorial heritage of the former LSA, “historic” publications will continue to be available, aiming at a wider dissemination of research results.
