The call for the Nenci Award for the year 2016 has been published. The award, in memory of Giuseppe Nenci, distinguished scholar in Ancient History at the Scuola Normale Superiore and founder of the Laboratory in 1984, is granted yearly to the best BA, Master or PhD thesis on historical and archeological issues in Western Sicily and the Elimyan area, where Prof. Nenci launched prolific research and scientific dissemination.
The 2,500 euro award will be granted by the Donnafugata s.r.l. company. Applications must be submitted by October 28th, 2016 at the latest, according to the rules available on the SNS site.
